A word of thanks from Ability HA

Dear All,

I would like to thank you for all the help you have given us over the last week with the problems we have been experiencing. It was very helpful having Russell assigned to us through the process and knowing that whenever we phoned up he would know what the situation was. We felt you dealt with our problems in a very professional manner and kept us updated the whole way through. James was great yesterday and dealt with anything that came up during his time with us. Hopefully we are out the other end now, James is still sorting out a few blips but on the whole the phones have been quiet today.
